• Minimum sums insured - Buildings £250,000 and/or Contents and Fine Art & Antiques £75,000.
   

• Automatic cover for children’s contents up to £7,500 whilst at university or college.
   

• Both restoration costs and any resulting depreciation will be paid in respect of loss or damage to Valuables.
   

• Alternative accommodation for family, pets and horses for up to two years.
   

• Fine art and antiques single article limit of £15,000. Jewellery and watches single article limit of £5,000.
   

• Garden re-landscaping costs up to 5% of the Building Sum Insured - maximum £50,000.
   

• Tracing water or oil leaks including the resultant repairs to floors, walls and ceilings of up to £20,000.
